The Problem

Manually processing invoices from email is tedious and error-prone. Small businesses spend hours each month extracting data from PDF attachments and entering it into spreadsheets.

The Solution

Built an AI-powered scanner that connects to Gmail, identifies invoice attachments, extracts key data (amounts, dates, vendor info) using Claude's vision capabilities, and organises everything into a structured format.

The Outcome

Reduces invoice processing time by 90%. Currently handles PDF and image-based invoices with high accuracy across multiple formats and languages.
